Spongebob and FOX News Kicking AssSpongebob may hold 2 of the top 10 cable spots in the Nielsen ratings, but it sure is nice to see the O'Reilly Factor, and Fox News in general, continue to beat the sqarepants off CNN and MSNBC. Being fair, balanced and objective has proven to be a winning formula for FOX, and I remain perplexed as to why the vast majority of print and televised media conglomerates refuse to adopt a similar model. While other media entities continue to promote their political agenda via inadequate, misleading and in most cases myopic reporting, FOX is laughing all the way to the bank. It continues to be laughably unsurprising that FOX remains in the crosshairs of so many "reporters" who believe it their God-given right to determine the direction of the news. And until their own employers and careers perish under the stench of incompetence, FOX will remain in the crosshairs of those who detest objectivity, fairness and above all allowing the power to be held by the people. The Entertainment Section isn't one of my top priorities in the morning, but I continue to find joy in the public's de facto castigation of big media.
