Let's look at our current national leadership for guidance. President Barak Obama bought his house for half its appraised value from convicted felon Tony Rezko. He also authored a million dollar earmark to the Chicago hospital where his wife works, watching her salary triple during that time.. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi gave a $100,000 PAC gift to her husband's real estate company. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made a hundred thousand dollars on a cattle futures scam. Timothy Geithner, new head of the Treasury Department, is an admitted tax cheat who failed to pay $34,000 in taxes. The head of the Senate Labor Committee, Ted Kennedy (D-MA) drove (allegedly drunk) off a bridge in Chappaquiddick, Ma. , and subsequently lawyered-up (and sobered up) while a young lady drowned to death. Head of the House Financial Services Committee Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA), admitted having a relationship with a male prostitute who ran a prostitution ring from his home. In that role, he works closely with his Senate counterpart, Chris Dodd (D-Conn), who was unfortunately implicated in the recent Countrywide mortgage scandal.
By the standard currently accepted in our nation, this a non-story. This is not even close to a story, no explanation required.
