40 million reasons to Not Raise TaxesHow ironic that the Sun prints an editorial alarming us to the need for more tax revenue on the same day the paper's forced to announce that "Whoops, Baltimore City just found 40 million dollars that it didn't know it had lost". Amazing. The Sun editorial board continues to make itself appear comical to those who think.
