Media Dominated by Leftist RadicalsI had to chuckle at one letter writer's suggestion that "There are also far more right-wing media outlets actively spreading their anti-Obama message than corresponding voices on the left.". Good grief, you've got to be kidding. At last count in the Obama corner I had CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, NPR, The Daily Show, The View, Oprah Winfrey and 80% of the major newspapers in the nation, including the NY Times, LA Times, Washington Post and Baltimore Sun. Each of these entities also spent 8 years bashing Bush. On the other side, we have Fox News and Talk Radio. What a joke. The irrational fear of Talk Radio and FOX by those on the left is comical. Obviously the far-left feels entitled to control the entire media, and feels irrationally threatened when even a tiny sliver of it doesn't go their way. Yet the suggestion that there is parity in the media is not just laughable, but borderline insane, given how lopsided the playing field really is. Poll after poll indicates that the media is saturated with liberal's. And tirades like the recent one by CNN quasi-reporter Susan Roesgen provide the clear evidence needed to dispel any myth that the leftists are not running wild. Editor - bethesite.com
