Tax Cheats Hold No Moral Authority Over Legal Corporations
There's certainly been a lot of anti-business rhetoric coming from the Obama administration lately. Which brings to mind the following question; Is it worse for a corporation to legally make millions or billions of dollars in profit, or is it worse for an individually to illegally withhold thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes owed to the IRS?
The corporation's Obama is constantly deriding are legally providing a service to the American people, and getting compensated for that service.
Several of the men whom Obama has nominated to his cabinet have illegally tried to avoid paying their taxes, despite at least one of them having a record in the U.S. Senate of raising taxes on the rest of us.
For shame, for shame. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones, and public officials who cheat the American people out of tax revenue certainly aren't in a position to criticize corporation that play by the rules.
